Zero to 5,000 users and 10,000 orders in 90 days.
90 days
Time to 10K orders
Two adjacent consumer surfaces taken from concept to real usage in 90 days by shipping a lean MVP and iterating weekly on direct seller interviews. Prioritized speed to signal over completeness.
01 · Problem
kikoshop.in and the Tabe App were new consumer-facing surfaces with no existing user base. Before committing further engineering investment, the business needed real evidence of demand, fast.
02 · Discovery
Instead of a large upfront research phase, ran direct seller interviews on a weekly cadence and let each week's findings reshape the next week's build priorities.
03 · Decision
Deliberately scoped the MVP down to the smallest version that could produce a real usage signal, accepting rough edges in exchange for speed. The goal was validated learning, not a polished v1.
04 · Execution
Shipped the MVP and moved into a weekly build-measure-learn cycle driven by direct seller conversations.
Cut or reprioritized features weekly based on what sellers actually used versus what they said they wanted.
05 · Impact
Reached 5,000 users and 10,000 orders within 90 days of launch, enough real usage signal to justify continued investment in both surfaces.
06 · Lessons
Speed to signal beats completeness in an unproven 0→1 surface. A rougher product validated in 90 days is worth more than a polished one validated in nine months.
